        Thanks Parmeet for reverting.
        Coming to your query, i have already mentioned that having tried on 2 new accounts created yesterday itself & thus the question of making any transaction doesn’t arise at all.
        Moreover, i am already aware of the steps to be followed as per Mobikwik’s offer page together-with your guidelines too having an old account.
        Anyways, i would request yourself to Try the same on a new account & update me as the same wasn’t working today morning also before posting here.

          Offer is working fine for me. Have you ever used debit/credit card to transact on mobikwik before ? If yes, then the problem is with your debit/credit card because offer is valid for new users which means new account with new debit/credit card.

            Hi Parmeet.
            Sorry for reverting late & thanks once again for your update.
            You are absolutely correct that by new user they mean everything new viz. a/c, cell no., debit/credit card together-with a new/never used DEVICE too (to be noted). That’s too much asking from Mobikwik when compared to Freecharge who is a Leader and atleast doesn’t block that.
            Moreover,a Point to be noted is that even on a new device the App doesn’t allow to sign-up a new different account with other than drop-down list of google account(s) on that particular device (except for latest Mi5 where i could). One way i found is to create the account on Website by verifying the OTP & then log-in on any device by verifying OTP again obviously but then one fine day they might put a condition of registering/signing-up on the same device itself!.
            Please correct me if i am wrong & i would Appreciate if you could suggest some other way out of directly signing up on the device where it has to be availed as it doesn’t allow typing because of drop-down google accounts list as mentioned above.

            Shall await for a Remedy from your end.
